Zoning Board · Meeting of April 14, 2026

Brewster's Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously renewed Chatham Bars Inn's special permit for up to 36 seasonal farm events. Attorney Andrew Singer represented the applicant, introducing new farm operator Shane Chambers and resort manager Phil Amidon. Board members confirmed the town Health Department found no issues from the 2025 season.

Abutters Hal Levine and Terry Walsh told the board noise and lighting complaints from the farm's early years, tied to weddings once held on site, have not recurred since weddings stopped. "If things are the same, same, then we don't expect any problems this year," Walsh said. The board also approved minutes from January 13, 2026, before adjourning.
